Trauma-Informed Ministry · for Sharon

Your first workshop — and the whole six-month plan

Everything below is built from your own words and from what's already working with real audiences. Nothing here changes your course. It's just the doorway. Read it top to bottom — it's short.

Part 1 · Five titles for your first workshop

What it is: five ready-to-use titles for your September 30 workshop — all on the survival wound (the "something is wrong with me" feeling).
What it's for: each one is written to draw in the exact person who quietly feels they're the problem — and to promise the shift to worth and value.
How to use it: pick your three or four favorites and poll your audience. Whichever they choose becomes the workshop name. (On our call you leaned toward the first one — it's a strong choice.)
  1. 01 · your instinct
    What Is Wrong With Me?
Speaks straight to the thought they carry every day.
  2. 02
From "Something's Wrong With Me" to "I Have Worth"
Names both the pain and the destination — the whole promise in one line.
  3. 03
    It Was Never You
The relief they've never been given permission to feel.
  4. 04 · already proven with audiences
These Aren't Flaws — They're How You Survived
The reframe your whole method rests on, in words the market already responds to.
  5. 05
Reclaim the Worth That Was Always Yours
For the ones ready to move toward the dream, not just name the pain.

Part 2 · Your six-month plan

What it is: one workshop a month for six months — each on one core wound, in the EMDR order you gave us (survival first, vulnerability last).
What it's for: every month draws in a new slice of your audience by naming the exact thing they feel — then your course is the how-to underneath it.
How to use it: run one workshop a month. Each one ends by pointing to the next ("if survival landed for you, control is next month") and to the course. Same rhythm, six times.
MonthWhat they already feelWhat you help them see
1Survival
"Something's wrong with me. I'm the mistake."It was never you — and you do have worth.
2Control
"If I don't control everything, it falls apart."Control is how you stayed safe — you can feel safe without it.
3Responsibility
"I carry everyone. I'm exhausted."It was never all yours to carry — you're allowed to say no.
4Worth
"My needs don't matter. I feel like a burden."Your needs always mattered — you were talked out of them.
5Competency
"I'm not good enough. I feel like a fraud."You're competent enough — you just never had the resources.
6Vulnerability
"I can't trust myself. I overthink everything."You can trust your judgment — you're no longer that child.

Part 3 · The one sentence under all of it

What it is: the single idea your entire course rests on.
What it's for: it's why every workshop connects to the next — and why people need the course, not just the workshop.
How to use it: say it, in your own words, in every single workshop. It's the thread.
"Your struggle isn't a flaw.
It's how you survived — and the body can heal it."

Which is really just your own truth: it was never their problem — it was the system they grew up in.

That's the whole plan. Pick your five, poll the first workshop, and we build from there — one month at a time. You already have the hard part: thirty years of knowing how to heal it. This is just how the right people find the door.
